Warranty: 1 Year from defective workmanship (Normal wear and tear). Misuse and non-recommended uses or damages to Scope-Tote or telescopes are not covered under warranty. Damages to an instrument (telescope) from the use of these products are also not covered under warranty. We do not recommend this product on heavy refractors over 8 inches.Unless specified by order in other words Please do not order a 8 inch Dob Scope-Tote for an 8 inch refractor. (Specify Refractor or Reflector )
Any product or part that is defective will be exchanged free of charge within the first 15 days of purchase. After 15 days of receipt, you must email me with a description of the problem. Returned units will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
